"Harry F. Harrington (right) president of Boatmen's National Bank, chooses with artist Frank Faquin a photo for the exhibit now on display in the bank windows at 314 North Broadway. The pictures are the major winners in the twenty-second annual Newspaper Snapshot Awards contest sponsored locally by The Globe-Democrat. The display will continue through May."
