Outside pickers patrolled Lafayette Avenue last night while COVCA, new German-American bloc organization, held its inauguration and founding fevtival in German House. Inside, Paul A. F. Warnholtz, Chicago, German-American National Alliance, Inc., leader, sat in the back of the room, but did not speak on account of "anti-Nazi" protests.
A Television Set presented to the Gamble Community Center, Gamble Street at Glasgow Avenue, by the Exchange Club of St. Louis was viewed under audience conditions yesterday by officials of the club and city.
