A Television Set presented to the Gamble Community Center, Gamble Street at Glasgow Avenue, by the Exchange Club of St. Louis was viewed under audience conditions yesterday by officials of the club and city. $84,000 Negro community Center- This is the way the new $84,000 Gamble Community Center Building for Negros will look when completed about eight months from now. Work on the new structure, which will be at Gamble street and Glasgow avenue, will start in about two weeks. It will contain a gymnasium meeting rooms, recreation quarters and shower and locker rooms. About 30 per cent of the cost will come from P.W.A. funds and the rest from city bond issue money.
