There is one illuminated picture after the first page with text, and several pages have illuminated letters within the text.

There are several holes in the covers/spine. There’s also a gash in the middle of the back cover. The holes and gash in the back of the book go into the pages next to the cover.

There is a cord near the middle of the pages in the book made of blue, gold & white thread. The cord goes down the gutter and the edges of the threaded end hang out at the bottom of the book.

Border designs around text boxes near the gutter of the book were not captured fully in many places to avoid damaging the book with the scanner.
