Two original captions. "Building collapse at Northeast corner of O'Fallon and Hadley." "Collapsing into a pile of debris, the front of this old two-story tenement building at 1113-21 O'Fallon st. toppled yesterday afternoon. The building was vacated several months ago because of its dilapidated condition, but firemen dug into the ruins in case someone may have been on the premises. They found no one trapped by the falling bricks. City officials said the owner had been warned to make repairs or demolish the structure."
