Sticker Rush: St. Louis residents line up in the City Hall as teh annual rush to buy city vehicle tax windshield stickers began. The deadline for buying the stickers began. The deadline for buying stickers is Saturday. They are on sale during regular business hours through noon Saturday in the rotunda of City Hall. Police will began ticketing violators Monday. City license collector officials said the number of last-minute purchasers has declined from past years, but they expect crowds to grow during the week. Police officers were on hand Monday to direct traffic on the City Hall parking lot. Stickers prices vary with vehicle horsepower.
