Last Chance for Stickers--Long times of procrastinators fill City Hall Friday, the next-to-the-last day for buying city auto stickers. The stickers will also be on teh same from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday. To buy the stickers, motorists need a paid personal property tax receipt for 1979 and title or state registration for each vehicle. Personal checks are not accepted for stickers. Police will begin issuing summonses to motorists without stickers Monday. Violators will have to pay a $25 fine and $12 court costs, in addition to being required to buy the stickers.
