Description: "Watching his step, an iron-worker moves along a beam as construction progresses on the 22-story Boatmen's Tower in the downtown block bounded by Chestnut, Pine, 4th and Broadway. The camera perspective makes the tower appear to dwarf the Old Courthouse in background. Actually, the steel beams extend to only about the third floor."
