"Nine-story building on the southeast corner of Twelfth and Locust streets, leased last week by Igoe House Furnishing Company. The structure contains 76,000 square feet of floor space and is owned by the Culver Bros, Realty Company. Arthur S. Martin & Son represented the Culvers in the transaction and Cornet & Zeibig were agents for the lessee. The Igoe firm will move to the building about February 1."
