HISTORY Welcome to Rothwell gymnasium. Originally costing $70,000, Rothwell added several facilities that the University lacked before. New trophy rooms, tennis courts, and practice fields were added in and around Rothwell. Interestingly, though, the University had not built a new women's gymnasium at the time. However, in 1904, the University had plans to build a gym for women, McKee Gymnasium.
